An Acceptable Place to Stay
decent size room size helpful staff comfortable bed shower issue on-site manager manager absence morning dog dog barking
The room was a decent size and felt quite spacious. I found the staff helpful. The beds were comfortable and I slept soundly each night.
The shower had some issues. It was either too hot or too cold. I noticed that there was no on-site manager. Dogs barked in the mornings, waking me up early.

broken television outdated decor
this place was not great. the television didnt work, really annoying after a long day. the bathroom clearly needed some serious updating. the decor and furniture looked old and worn, it really brought the room down.

great size ample space helpful manager quick assistance faulty shower temperature issue limited space small room
the room was a great size. it had plenty of space and was very cute (it reminded me of a home away from home!). the house manager welcomed me upon arrival. they were also on hand to get the television working.
the shower did not work properly. when i turned it on, it went from hot to cold (a very unpleasant experience!). there was too little space in the room. with a family, this was not ideal.

a bit ROUGH around the edges
faulty shower small room
The shower was AWFUL. It didn't work properly. When I turned it to hot, it just stopped. I had to take a cold shower. The room was VERY small. It was difficult to move around. It wasn't good for me.

the room was clean and it was equipped with a comfy bed. i had a tv and a mini fridge, i found everything i needed for my short stay.
the bins were tiny and not emptied every day. i felt that health and safety was not the best with kettles on microwaves.

i recently spent several nights here. my room included a tv and a mini fridge, very convenient. the bed was comfortable and the shower was very clean. the staff members were always available and ready to assist with any requests.
The front door was unlocked on arrival. I was concerned about building security. it felt a little unsafe because anyone could enter.
